Promotion period

• The prize draw will run from 12pm Friday 12 January 2024 until 11.59pm GMT on Saturday 16 March 2024
• All entries must be submitted by the deadline (11.59pm GMT on Saturday 16 March 2024)
• Entries submitted after the deadline time and date will not be accepted

Eligibility

• No purchase necessary
• Only one entry per person
• Shetland.org reserves the right to not accept entries which are suspected to be paid-for or made in an unorthodox way, such as the use of bots for one person to enter the competition more than one time
• Any entries with inflammatory language or those which are offensive in nature will not be accepted and removed

How to enter

• To enter this prize draw, entrants must sign up to a Promote Shetland email newsletter or answer the question included on the competition widget
• Once you have signed up to a newsletter or answered the question, entrants will automatically be entered into the prize draw

Winner selection

• One winner will be selected through a random draw from the list of correct entries
• The winner will be notified of the fact that they have won by Monday 18 March
• Shetland.org will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours or declines the prize for whatever reason, another winner will be selected
• The entry data is stored by Gleam and you can view their privacy policy online at: https://gleam.io/privacy

The prizes

• The prize consists of a return trip from Aberdeen (or Orkney) to Shetland, for four with a standard cabin and a car
• No cash alternative is available
• The trip must be used by 31 December 2024 and is subject to availability, non-transferable or refundable
• Upgrades are available upon request
