Ingredients:
Shetland Salmon
Onion
Red & Green Peppers
Minced Garlic
Minced Ginger
Black Bean Garlic Sauce
4-5 oz Water
Soya Sauce
Salt
2-3 tbsp of Sugar
Cornflour mixture: 1 tbsp of cornflour to 4 tbsp of water, mixed well
Oil
Instructions:
- Chop up the salmon into cubes
- Dice peppers and onions
- Grill the salmon until a golden colour
- Heat up a frying pan with ½ tbsp of oil
- Fry the salmon, peppers and onions all together
- Put in the minced garlic and ginger and fry
- Put in 2 tablespoons of black bean garlic sauce and mix with 4-5 oz of water
- Stir while adding 1 tbsp of soya sauce, a pinch of salt, 2-3 tbsp of Sugar and 1-2 tbsp of cornflour mixture to thicken up the sauce
- Plate up salmon and top it off with peppers, onions and spring onions or any other toppings if you wish
