Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- margarine - 8 oz
- soft brown sugar - 3 oz
- self-raising flour - 8 oz
- oatmeal - 8 oz
Instructions:
- Cream together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the flour and oatmeal and mix well.
- Flatten out the dough on to a board well covered in oatmeal.
- Cut into rounds and place on baking tray.
- Bake at 160 for approximately 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool on the baking tray before lifting on to cooling rack.
