Daily original Noss Boat trips to suit all ages & interests. Join us to witness one of Europe's finest wildlife spectacles – the sight of over 25,000 northern gannets lining the towering sandstone cliffs of Noss and swirling around the skies above. Enjoy a unique “gannet's eye view” with our gannet diving and feeding frenzy – a true highlight for many visitors with incredible photographic opportunities.

You can also join our original "Early Bird" photo tours at 5.30am on Monday and Saturdays, prior booking essential. Bespoke photography tours are available.

We maximise time spent with wildlife on every tour. Our boat is designed for wildlife watching at sea. We have a large decking area for unrestricted viewing and comfortable, newly upholstered seating with backrests available for all passengers. There is a small toilet onboard if needed & an onboard shop for our ever expanding range of original marine wildlife themed merchandise.

Chosen by wildlife tour groups, amateur and professional photographers, families, couples, and solo travellers from all over the world. We have hosted major film crews, most recently used by BBC Springwatch, the RSPB, and Wild Shetland. Your experienced skipper, a professional naturalist, gives informative, fun, and engaging commentary.

Let us take you in comfort and style to the magnificent 181 metre high Noss cliffs & around Bressay to enjoy Shetland’s rich marine environment, thousands of breeding seabirds, close seal encounters, scenic views, iconic landmarks and striking local geology. Whale sightings are increasing too, giving you the chance to see and identify these amazing marine mammals.

12 Opticron-sponsored binoculars and ID charts are provided, with free seabird eco-activity packs for young children. With a maximum of 12 passengers per trip you'll be able to watch, photograph and enjoy Shetland's top wildlife experiences with true professionals

A true seabird spectacular with local knowledge & world class encounters.

Join Shetland's only naturalist run, carbon neutral Noss Boat tours and see why we have recently been crowned winners of the 2022 "Best Visitor Attraction Experience" and finalists for the 2024 "Best Visitor Attraction & Best Outdoor/Adventure Experience" in the Highlands and Islands Tourism Awards, and Top 7 UK Boat Tours for The Times, Autumn 2024.
