Crime Fiction fans from all over the globe will be pouring into Shetland on Friday as Shetland Noir, Shetland’s first crime fiction festival gets underway. As well as the full festival tickets, local aficionados can now take part by attending individual author head to head events with the headline guests. The special guest head to heads will each involve two of the six special guest authors reading from their work and in conversation in Mareel Auditorium.
Friday 13th at 5.30pm will feature Scottish author Alex Gray and Icelandic author Yrsa Sigurdadottir in a session that will be chaired by Shetland based writer, Marsali Taylor.
