Shetland Food Fair 2014

There will be over 20 different stalls with a variety of local food producers to tempt your tastebuds and a cafe in the hall serving meals and snacks from local produce on the stalls.

Marian Armitage has been working tirelessly this past year on collecting traditional and modern Shetland recipes and recipes using Shetland ingredients and her book ‘Shetland Food and Cooking’ will be launched tonight.

And we have some exciting news for you - we've teamed up with Shetland Food Producers Group and we're organising cookery demonstrations to showcase Shetland's brilliant produce. So if you're in Shetland come and see us at Shetland Food Fair at Clickimin over this weekend. Hoping to see you there!
